Our family is pleased to have you visit our homestead! You'll find lots of things pertaining to our many interests and I hope you enjoy the stories and photos of our critters and crafts. Our family is working towards being less dependent on man's resources and more dependant on our Good Shepherd. I'm certain it will take us our whole life to get there though! We've had a few diversions throughout our journey and have learned much. Along the way we've come to see life isn't perfect (nor will it ever be!), but by God's grace we are surviving and growing day by day as we listen to our Shepherd's Song- where He leads me I will follow.

Life is always changing and the year 2007 is definitely not the exception. I spend many days a month away from our home helping to care for grandchildren, we have 6 now! It has become impractical to have livestock of any sort.

You will see that we have many homesteading books for sale (we do take paypal) and will be selling other homesteading items, including my floor loom and Country Living Grain Mill. We don't quite know where life is taking us, but we feel the need to be ready and so we are getting rid of items we haven't used in some time.
